The Red Crow, the Raven Wines is a wine of Sicily IGT (IGT). Produced with Nero d'Avola, Pignatello and Nerello Mascalese, representing the island cultivars, grown on the warm and sunny hills of Agrigento and Caltanissetta, to give life to the classic Sicilian red. As with many Sicilian wines from Corvo, this wine is aged in oak barrels.

In the tasting, this Sicilian wine has a bright ruby ​​red with light garnet hues. The aroma is intense, complex, fruity cherry, airy and pleasant. The taste is dry, full, pleasantly winy, balanced, fruity and persistent.

This Sicilian wine is excellent with grilled meats, roasts, wild game and matured cheeses.
